4. Legal Referrals and Attorney Responsibilities

For attorneys and legal professionals using the platform for referrals:

The platform is relying solely on the lawyer's attestation regarding compliance with legal and ethical requirements
Lawyers themselves are fully responsible for ensuring their offline documents and processes meet all requirements of CRPC 1.5.1 (and any other applicable rules)
The platform is not providing legal advice or verifying the compliance of these offline agreements
Attorneys must ensure all referral arrangements comply with applicable bar association rules and ethical guidelines
The platform assumes no responsibility for the compliance or legality of attorney-client agreements created outside the platform

5. User Responsibilities

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Ensure the accuracy of all information provided
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Notice and Data Management Policies. We protect your information as described in these policies and in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
